When the buyer signs their new construction contract, Calque issues a Plan Agreement that protects the deal during the build period.
Builders can start construction without delays—even if the buyer hasn’t sold their current home yet.
Once the home is complete, Calque provides a binding Guaranteed Backup Agreement on the buyer’s existing home. This removes the home-sale contingency and allows the buyer to close and move in.
The buyer has time to sell their original home on the open market. If it doesn’t sell, Calque steps in as the buyer—no last-minute scrambling.
