Net Profit Return Guarantee. With either program, Calque provides a Guaranteed Backup Agreement on qualifying properties. If the home doesn’t sell on the open market within 180 days, Calque will purchase it per the agreement amount. If Calque sells it for more than our offer, we will refund the profit net of all expenses, including but not limited to the purchase price, commissions, interest, taxes, title and other applicable fees.

After learning about the Calque product, I reached out to past clients that I knew had equity in their home and wanted to buy a new home. I explained Calque and they went shopping.
